**Responsibilities:**
– Assist members with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
– Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly
– Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
– Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies and procedures
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
