Bowler Performance Transmissions is looking for a Sales Show Manager Representative to join our team!
✅ Sales & Customer Support – Build relationships with customers, dealers, and shops to promote and support our brand
✅ Event Management – Travel to 10-12 events per year, set up and maintain a professional display with an Arrow Awning
✅ Brand Representation – Ensure a high-quality image and first-class customer service experience
✅ Technical Knowledge – Understand how to convert vehicles to newer overdrive transmissions
✅ Driving & Logistics – Must have a Class A CDL to drive the truck and trailer to events
✅ Office & Remote Work – When not at events, provide sales and tech support via phone, visit shops, and assist with customer needs
✅ Computer Skills – Basic knowledge required, QuickBooks experience is a plus (training available)
✔️ Experience in sales within the aftermarket performance automotive industry
✔️ Class A CDL with experience driving to and from events
✔️ Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Ability to work well under tight deadlines and maintain an excellent work ethic
✔️ Outgoing personality – Must be comfortable engaging with customers and discussing their project needs
✔️ Basic computer skills – QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
