This is a combination of a registration clerk and financial counseling Position. In the role of Registration Clerk you will obtain and/or confirm patient information during the registration process for all patient visits to LCMH. Enter patient information accurately while providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations. As a Financial Counselor you will collects payments, sets up payment arrangements as appropriate, creates estimates, advises patients in person and over the phone on their insurance benefits and coverage, and in some cases, assesses patient referrals for appropriateness.
