Education//Experience Requirements: Graduate of approved school of Radiologic Technology Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Current Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety License IL Emergency Management preferred. CT Registered or willing to take CT registry within 2 years. 2-3 years of CT experience preferred. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
The Full Time Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiology procedures under the principles of ALARA. The Full Time Radiology Technologist must have CT experience and is able to perform routine CT procedures with and without contrast, as well as CT Angiography Studies. Mammography Technologist operates specialized X-ray equipment and performs various mammography related procedures including screenings and diagnostic studies. The Mammography Technologist will create and maintain patient records and files according to required procedure. The Mammography Technologist will Clean and adjust equipment as needed. The Full Time Radiology Technologist must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays. The team member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations. Other duties as assigned.
