Job Summary The Maintenance Technician will perform all maintenance activities and tasks associated with Lawrence County Memorial Hospital premises. This would include troubleshooting and problem solving, installation, repair and/or replacing, installing equipment and components, or systems. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for lawn care and performing limited electrical work on lights, outlets, changing bulbs, fixtures, etc. The selected candidate will manually record gauge readings, equipment inspections, fire device checks as well as limited plumbing repairs to faucets, drains, toilets, etc. The Maintenance Technician will also perform drywall installation, finishing and painting duties. The selected candidate will be responsible for snow removal of parking lot and sidewalks. Other duties as assigned.
