**Chef Participation Information:**
– **Entry Fee:** No entry fee. Deadline to register is Tuesday, March 12th, 2024
– **Food Preparation:** Prepare your food prior to the event and bring it in a chafing dish or crockpot.
– **Electrical Needs:** If you require electrical outlets, please bring an extension cord. Let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
– **Dish Categories:** Choose one of the following categories – side, main dish, appetizer, drink or dessert. Also new Kids category (15 & Under)
– **Portions:** Provide approximately 200-250 portions in 2-6 ounce size cups.
– **Supplies Provided by Chamber:** We will supply paper towels, gloves, aprons, business sponsor signage, chef number, and portion cups.

**Event Timeline:**
– **4:00 PM:** Doors open for chefs
– **5:00 PM:** Doors open for ticket holders (social hour)
– **5:30 PM:** Chefs should be ready
– **5:45 PM:** Opening announcements
– **6:00 PM:** Event officially begins

**Ticket Information:**
– **Price:** $30 for Chamber members, $35 for non-chamber members. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, February 6th at the Chamber of Commerce Office (1121 State Street, Lawrenceville)
