Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Celebrity Chef Event

Location: Lawrence County 4H Fairgrounds

Join us for an exciting culinary event that brings together local chefs, food lovers, and community members for an unforgettable evening of delicious food and fun! The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Celebrity Chef Event is the perfect opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, try a variety of dishes, and vote for your favorite dishes to help determine the winner of the People’s Choice Award. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a nonprofit selected by the event committee.

Chef Participation Information

• Entry Fee: No entry fee required. Deadline to register: Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025
• Food Preparation: Prepare your dish prior to the event and bring it in a chafing dish or crockpot.
• Electrical Needs: If you require electrical outlets, bring an extension cord and notify us in advance.
• Dish Categories: Choose from one of the following categories:
  • Side Dish
  • Main Dish
  • Appetizer
  • Drink
  • Dessert
  • Kids Category (15 & Under)
• Portions: Provide 200-250 portions (2-4 ounce cups per portion).
• Supplies Provided by Chamber: We will supply paper towels, gloves, aprons, business sponsor signage, chef number, and portion cups.

Event Timeline

• 4:00 PM: Doors open for chefs
• 5:00 PM: Doors open for ticket holders (social hour)
• 5:50 PM: Chefs should be ready
• 6:00 PM: Opening announcements
• 6:10 PM: Event officially begins

Ticket Information

• Ticket Price:
  • $30 for Chamber members
  • $35 for non-Chamber members
    Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025 at the Chamber of Commerce Office (1121 State Street, Lawrenceville).
