Job Position

We are currently seeking a Night Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the custodial and cleaning operations during the night shift. This position is ideal for someone with experience in environmental services, particularly in a hospital or commercial cleaning setting. Responsibilities: – Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night custodial staff – Ensure that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to established standards . Train and mentor new custodial staff members Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols – Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit requisitions as needed – Collaborate with other departments to address any facility maintenance or cleanliness issues – Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner – Maintain records and prepare reports on cleaning activities and staff performance. Other Duties as assigned. Skills: – Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols – Experience in environmental services, preferably in a hospital or commercial cleaning setting – Proficient in floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing – Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team – Good communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
