✅ Customer Support – Provide first-class customer service, answering multiple phone lines and assisting with project needs
✅ Sales Assistance – Help customers with transmission conversions and aftermarket performance upgrades
✅ Multi-Tasking & Organization – Handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate records
✅ Technical Knowledge – Basic understanding of overdrive transmission conversions
✅ Computer & Software Skills – Basic proficiency required, experience with QuickBooks & Microsoft Office is a plus (training available)
✔️ Some sales experience in the aftermarket performance automotive industry
✔️ Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
✔️ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong work ethic and understanding of critical timelines
✔️ Outgoing personality – Must be comfortable engaging with customers and discussing their project needs
✔️ Basic computer skills – Training available for QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
