This nationally recognized initiative is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re an avid walker or just getting started on your wellness journey, this event provides an easy and enjoyable way to stay active. Each week, a different healthcare professional—including doctors, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, and more—will share a brief 5-minute health talk on important medical topics, such as heart health, joint care, stress management, and nutrition. Afterward, participants will enjoy a relaxed, guided walk where they can ask questions and engage with others.
Walking is one of the best forms of exercise—it improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and boosts mental well-being. Plus, you’ll have the chance to learn from experienced medical professionals in an informal and welcoming environment.
