General Manager

Job Status: Full Time

Responsibilities:

– Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
– Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
– Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goals and foster a positive work environment.
– Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure product innovation and continuous improvement.
– Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to enhance business partnerships.
– Monitor industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
– Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing facility.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
– In-depth knowledge of business and manufacturing processes and technologies.
– Strong business acumen with a track record of successful financial management.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to make data-driven decisions and problem-solve effectively.
– Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
